Tranquility’s anxiety program has 9 modules, with each module taking approximately 30-45 minutes to complete. If you combine the anxiety and depression programs, then there are 12 modules. We recommend completing 1 session per week with the help of your coach, spending at least a week in-between modules to reflect on the material, and completing the associated activities that are presented in each session. Tranquility has been designed so that each client can complete the program at their own pace. We know Tranquility works best when it’s completed in full, so you can think of it as a 3 month weekly commitment.
