Sessions are collections of lessons and exercises based on CBT best practices. As you work through sessions, you learn about anxiety or depression from a clinical standpoint, how people are affected differently, and how you are affected individually. To keep you engaged in your learning journey, sessions include Check-ins that gauge your progress as you go.
Ideally, you'll complete one session per week, giving you time to internalize the information, and put it into practice using exercises and tools. It is important that you don't rush through the sessions or leave them for too long.
Each session is progressively unlocked after you complete the associated exercises and tools. Sessions can take between 20-40 minutes to work through. Each session progresses you through a number of steps that present you with information, quizzes, and tasks to help you learn about different content areas.

On the Dashboard, select Sessions.

Read through the content for the session you are working on, completing any exercises that are presented, and then select Next Part.

Continue through each step of the session until you reach the end. When you are finished with the session content and exercises, select Complete Session.
